Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa & MasterCard debit and credit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

The full order amount is charged upon confirmation of the purchase. By completing the payment process, the customer confirms that all provided information is accurate and that the transaction is made legally and in good faith.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to complying with the provisions of the Omani Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receiving the product in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • A different product was delivered from the one ordered.
  • The product does not match the description or specifications displayed on the website.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The product should be returned in its original condition whenever possible.
  • The defect or damage must not be the result of misuse by the customer.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.
  • Discounted items and final sale products.
  • Gift cards and electronic vouchers.
  • Products damaged due to improper use or storage.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the case, the company may choose to:

  • Replace the product.
  • Repair the product (where applicable).
  • Issue a full refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

  • If the order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order has already been shipped, the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Refunds

Once a return request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error or defect was caused by the company.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed before completing the purchase.

The company is committed to clearly providing delivery details, including the delivery method, location, and estimated delivery time, in accordance with e-commerce regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.

Estimated delivery time within Oman:
1 to 3 business days.

Important Notice

This policy does not affect any rights granted to consumers under the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any mandatory provisions under the Omani Consumer Protection Law and its Executive Regulations shall always prevail.
